At DÉSIR, we are committed to ensuring you're more than satisfied with your piece. While we do not offer returns simply for change of mind, we provide the following options:
Size Adjustments: If you receive your piece and it is the incorrect size, we have an in-house jeweller who is able to make sizing adjustments for you. Size adjustments may incur a fee depending on the work required. Your piece must be returned to us within 7 business days of receipt with return postage at the customer’s expense.
Faulty: On the rare occasion you receive your piece and it is faulty, we will provide a replacement or refund subject to a quality assurance assessment by our team. Appropriate evidence must be provided when lodging a claim.
We understand that selecting the perfect piece is essential. While we don't offer returns simply for change of mind, our team is here to guide you every step of the way and ensure you make the perfect choice first go.

It is our mission to keep your piece as pristine as possible. We offer a six-month warranty from your date of purchase subject to assessment by our team. Please note that this does not include damage due to wear and tear. Proof of purchase must be provided.
We also suggest an annual inspection of your pieces to ensure stones are secure in their settings. Our in-house jeweller offers thorough assessments and adjustments to keep your piece in the best condition. A fee will apply for this service.
