We want you to be more than satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer returns simply for change of mind, we do offer the following options:
Size Adjustments: If you receive your piece and it is the incorrect size, we have an in-house jeweller who is able to make sizing adjustments for you. This may incur a fee depending on the adjustment required. The order must be returned to us within 7 business days from when your order is received and return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Faulty: On the rare chance you receive your piece and it is faulty, we will provide a replacement or refund subject to a quality assurance assessment by our team. Appropriate evidence must be obtained.
We do not offer returns simply for change of mind. Our team are here to ensure you make the perfect choice first go, so please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us guide you to ensure you select your perfect piece.

It is our mission to keep your piece as sparkly as possible, darling. We offer a six-month warranty from your date of purchase subject to assessment by our team. Please note that this does not include damage due to wear and tear. Proof of purchase must be provided.
We also suggest an annual inspection of your pieces to ensure stones are in their correct setting and none have become loose. Our in-house jeweller can conduct a thorough assessment and make any adjustments to keep your piece in the best condition. A fee will apply for this service.
