SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your DÉSIR purchase will arrive within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. You'll receive a notification from us confirming your order and when it's shipped, complete with tracking information and a signature required upon delivery. For more information, please visit Shipping and Delivery.

How is my jewellery packaged for delivery?

Your pieces are thoughtfully packaged in refined Italian-made boxes, ensuring it arrives securely and beautifully. All packaging is designed to protect your piece during transit, so you can trust that it will reach you in perfect condition.

Gift wrapping is also available upon request, adding an extra touch for any occasion.

Our boxes are crafted in Arezzo, Italy – the heart of Italy's renowned jewellery district.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

What is your returns policy?

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. In the rare event you receive a faulty item, we'll provide a full refund subject to a quality assurance assessment by our team.

If you ordered the incorrect size, our in-house jeweller can assist with adjustments, though feed may apply.

Please notify us within 7 business days of delivery for faulty items or sizing adjustments.

Do pieces come with warranty?

All of our pieces come with six months warranty subject to assessment by our team. Please note that this does not include damage due to wear and tear.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

How do I create a custom piece?

Our DÉSIR Concierge is a personalised and luxurious service that lets you collaborate with our expert team to create custom jewellery pieces that you have always desired.

Do you offer engraving services?

Yes, we offer custom engraving services to make your piece even more personal. Whether it's a special date, initials, or a meaningful message, we can engrave your jewellery to create a truly one-of-a-kind piece. Engraving is an additional $25 AUD.

How do I know my correct size?

Ensure the perfect fit by consulting our Size Guide before placing your order. Our Size Guide also includes tips on how to find your perfect ring size.

I ordered the wrong size. What do I do?

Don't stress - our team are here to help and ensure your new piece fits perfectly. Contact us within 7 business days of your delivery date, and our expert in-house jeweller will assist with sizing adjustments. Please note that a small fee may apply for this service.

What is the difference between lab-grown diamond and natural diamond?

Lab-grown diamonds, also known as cultured diamonds, offer a modern alternative to traditional mined diamonds. We offer both options and our team is here to guide you in making an informed decision that best suits your preferences.

Lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled laboratory environment that replicates the natural conditions in which diamonds form deep within the earth, using intense pressure, heat and advanced technology. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to a mined diamond.

Unsure which one is right for you? The choice ultimately depends on your personal values and priorities. Regardless of your preference, we cater to both options and ensure we only work with suppliers who source responsibly.

Do you offer natural diamonds instead of lab-grown diamonds?

What is the benefit of lab-grown diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds possess the same chemical and optical properties as mined diamonds, ensuring identical brilliance, clarity, and durability.

These eco-friendly and sustainable diamonds provide a more accessible price point while offering an ethical alternative. Perfect for those who want exceptional quality and style without compromise.

What gold materials do you use?

We craft all our jewellery using solid 9k, 14k, and 18k gold. Every piece is made with solid gold that won’t tarnish and is 100% waterproof. We also offer the option to customize the karat and precious metals (available in both yellow and white gold) through our Concierge service.

What are the benefits of solid gold?

Solid gold is hypoallergenic, resistant to tarnishing, 100% waterproof and crafted to last a lifetime. Unlike gold-plated or vermeil pieces, solid gold won’t fade or wear away, ensuring your jewellery remains as beautiful and valuable as the day you got it.

Though it may come at a higher price, solid gold is a lasting investment. These timeless pieces can be cherished for generations and often become meaningful heirlooms passed down through families.

Do you only specialise in diamonds or do you use other gemstones?

We love colour! In addition to diamonds, we incorporate a variety of gemstones, including emeralds, rubies, and sapphires. Each stone is hand-selected for its unique colour, clarity, and brilliance, adding a personal and vibrant touch to our designs.

Should I insure my jewellery?

This is a personal choice, however given our pieces are made with the highest-quality materials such as solid gold and lab-grown and natural diamonds, we strongly recommend insuring your jewellery through a personal policy to protect against loss, theft, or damage.

When it comes to delivery, we've got you covered right to your door. All parcels are delivered with insurance to ensure a stress-free experience.
