How long will it take to receive my order?

Your purchase will arrive within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. You will receive a notification from us to confirm your order, and once your order is out for shipping. Tracking information will always be included with a signature required on delivery. For more information, please visit Shipping and Delivery.

How do I know my correct size?

Please review our Size Guide to determine your correct size.

What is your returns policy?

We don't offer exchanges if you simply change your mind on a purchase. On the rare occassion you receive an order that is faulty, we will provide a full refund subject to a quality assurance assessment by our team.

If you ordered the incorrect size, we have an in-house jeweller who is able to assist, just reach out. Please note this may incur a fee.

Please remember to notify us within 7 business days from the delivery date if you believe your order is faulty, or for any sizing adjustments.

I ordered the wrong size. What do I do?

If you ordered the wrong size, don't worry! Simply reach out to us within 7 business days from the delivery date, and our in-house jeweller can assist with sizing adjustments.

Please note that a small fee may apply for this service.

Do pieces come with warranty?

All of our pieces come with six months warranty subject to assessment by our team. Please note that this does not include damage due to wear and tear.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Do you offer mined diamonds instead of cultured?

Yes - we offer both cultured diamond and natural diamond designs. Get in touch at bonjour@desirstudio.com and our team will be in touch to ensure we can cater to your request.

Should I insure my jewellery?

This is a personal choice, however we strongly recommend ensuring your pieces are covered through a personal insurance policy. This can provide protection for things like loss, theft or damage to your valuable pieces.

When it comes to delivery, we've got you covered right to your door. All parcels are delivered with insurance to ensure your experience with us is stress-free.
