We offer free express shipping for all orders.
Orders are sent via Australia Post Express and require a signature on delivery. You’ll get an email with tracking details once it’s on the way.

Our pieces are custom-made to order and production timeframes need to be factored in. From your date of purchase, allow approximately 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
For added security, all order are shipped with a signature requirement. In the rare event that your package is lost by the shipping provider, we will replace it provided you supply appropriate evidence.
While we strive to ensure your handcrafted gold and diamond jewellery arrives in perfect condition, rare incidents may occur during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team.
We will investigate and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
