What if I am in between ring sizes?
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up to the nearest size. This provides extra comfort as fingers naturally expand in warmer temperatures or throughout the day.
What happens if I select the wrong ring size?
If upon arrival your new solid gold or diamond ring doesn't fit as expected, we offer a professional resizing service for a small fee within the first 6 months of purchase. Your piece can be sent back to us and our local in-house jeweller will make the adjustments to your desired size with precision and care.
What is the best time of day to measure your finger?
Our fingers naturally expand and contract throughout the day due to activity levels and temperature. For the most accurate fit, measure your finger at the end of the day for better accuracy and to avoid measuring too small.
